    Chocolate Martini
    Serves 4

    8 oz. Absolut Vanilla

    8 oz. Kahlua

    4 oz. light creme

    Chocolate shavings for garnish

    Raw sugar for the rims

    In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, mix the Absolut, Kahlua, and creme until frothy. To sugar rims of glasses, pour the sugar into a shallow dish, wet the rims and dip into the sugar coating evenly. Strain the Absolut, Kahlua, and creme into glasses and serve.

    Mimosa Punch

    Serves 8

    Punch bowl or large pitcher

    2 cups mandarin orange juice

    2 cups pear nectar

    ½ cup Cointreau

    Two bottles chilled dry champagne

    2 cups ice cubes

    Orange slices and fresh sliced strawberries for garnish

    Serves 4
    8 oz. vodka
    3 oz. lime juice
    2 oz. Chambord
    12 fresh raspberries, plus 4 for garnish

    Fruit Smoothie

    Serves 12

    Large pitcher or punch bowl

    2 cups raspberry puree or ¾ cup raspberry syrup

    6 cups pineapple juice

    2 cups orange juice

    3 tablespoons lemon juice

    3 cups light rum

    4 cups ice cubes

    8 sugar cubes

    10 Cane Rum

    6 oz. mango nectar

    10 mint sprigs

    5 limes, or 5 oz. lime juice

    5 tsp. raw sugar

    Soda water to top, if desired

    Muddle the lime, mint and sugar together in a large pitcher. Add mango nectar, ice and rum. Mix well and pour into glasses. Garnish with mint and add a splash of soda.

    2 cups guava nectar or juice
    ½ cup apricot brandy
    two bottles (750 ml each) dry champagne, chilled
    fresh raspberries for garnish

    Combine guava nectar and brandy in the pitcher, mixing well. Pour mixture into each champagne glass, covering bottom up to about an inch. Fill each glass with chilled champagne, garnish with berries and serve.

    3 cups premium 100 percent agave silver tequila
    2 cups pear nectar
    1 cup fresh lime juice
    1 cup Cointreau
    ½ Grand Marnier
    3 limes
    6 cups crushed ice
    coarse salt for rims.

    Large pitcher or bowl
    4 cups pineapple juice
    2 cups vodka
    ¾ cup Midori (melon liqueur)
    ½ cup cream of coconut
    ½ cup fresh lime juice
    4 cups ice

    For garnish:
    cantaloupe
    honeydew melon
    watermelon

    Mix the liquid ingredients into the pitcher. Add ice and shake well. Let sit to chill.
