Rhubarb-Strawberry Champagne Cocktail
Serves 8
4 oz. Rhubarb mix
4 oz. Cointreau Champagne to top
(1 bottle 750ml) Rhubarb Mix:
2 stalks rhubarb
1/2 pint strawberries, washed with tops removed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. sugar
Juice of fresh lime
