Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of a pitcher or large glass. Fill with ice and add the remaining ingredients. Stir well and pour into 4 glasses. Top with club soda. Garnish with lime wedges and fresh raspberries. If fresh raspberries are not available, look for fresh frozen berries with out the syrup, as the sugar will take over the cocktails flavors.
This fresh and fruity cooler is a proven crowd pleaser because of the nature of the ingredients-there is just something about raspberries that everyone enjoys! The vibrant coloring and flecks of pulp make it instantly appealing to your thirsty guests arriving into the reception, so have a trayful or two at the ready, they’ll try at least one!
