The Wedding Weekend a la Target?

I wondered if it could be done: Could one pull together the entire wedding weekend attire at one location — that being Target in this case — for under $350?

I KNOW this is not for everyone, but the thrill of the challenge just makes me "wanna see."

So here goes.

Friday: The Wedding Rehearsal

Something chic, cute and comfortable. My choice? This heather grey bubble top from Xhilaration for $14.99; with that, we're pairing a Patrick Robinson white bubble skirt at $11.99 and silver strappy heels by Mossimo for $19.99. Let's finish this off with the cutest of totes by Isaac Mizrahi for $20.99.

Total for the rehearsal and dinner $67.96.

Saturday: The Wedding Day

For your wedding day, there really are options. You have all checked out the wedding gowns by Isaac Mizrahi at Target. The Silk Cowl Dress in Opal Creme or Stucco (Champagne) is made of 100 percent silk. The bias cut on this dress adds so much dimension!! Even if purchasing your wedding dress from Target wasn't an option, this is the perfect second dress for your reception to shake your body in. Very sexy!! Only $129 and available long for taller girls too.

Add a "Cathedral"-length veil by Isaac Mizrahi measuring 116 inches for $18.99 (this is insane!!) and a sassy little sling back called Haidee for $22.99 (I splurged!).

I decided to go against the grain with a large necklace to make a statement against the simplicity of the dress and for $19.99 ... why not? Another $19.99 nets us black pearl-drop earrings to finish the look.

Sunday: Post Wedding Brunch and Farewell

So now you're married and want to have brunch with your out-of-towners before they head back to their respective homes. This little number ($27.99) is perfect with a pair of cork wedges ($12.49). You are ready to say ta-ta to the fam and head straight for the airport with your new hubby.
